Partnership within the “Pracownie Orange” Programme

Pracownie Orange” it’s an all-Poland social action intended to residents of small towns with population less than 20 thousands of inhabitants. The action base on two important assumptions: the implementation of the modern Internet labs placed in important for inhabitants point of the town and also on enliving the public space around the labs, which will be the place of meetings for inhabitants.

The main objective of the ‘Pracownie Orange’ Programme is providing a better access to technology and information for citizens of small communities. Additionally, thanks to the creative project in the town – citizens are inspired to make their own creative activities and have a greater involvement in local community life. The organizer of the program is the Orange company and the Orange Foundation from Poland.
In the “Pracownie Orange” programme the Good Network Foundation (Foundation Dobra Sieć) is an administrator and moderator of the www.pracownieorange.pl platform, the foundation also organizes local visits and conducts trainings for the workshop:

  • Communication and promotion with the use of new technologies (Internet platform of the workshop, social media),
  • Integrated social animation,
  • Co-operation with volunteers and e-volunteers
